Susanne Clark

Susanne Clark (b. 1974, Macon, Georgia) is an American visual artist based in Dublin, Georgia, since 2000, following a brief relocation to Augusta to support her deaf son’s (11) specialized education.
Art has been a part of Clark’s life from early childhood when she first began developing her artistic abilities. Through private and advanced art studies, as well as some college courses, she took part in statewide competitions, which earned her multiple awards and distinguished recognition. These early accomplishments laid the groundwork for a professional career that includes extensive commissioned pieces, working in multiple mediums, proving both her versatility and technical skills.
Clark is recognized for dramatic, emotionally resonant imagery that balances intensity with beauty. Her work explores mostly nature, animals, and humanity, through strong composition, vivid color, and layered symbolic depth. Committed to lifelong artistic growth, she is equally enthusiastic in inspiring others to pursue creativity of all ages. “Every child is an artist. The problem is how to remain an artist once we grow up.” ~ Pablo Picasso
