Patsy moved to Dublin, Georgia, in 1968 from Phenix City, Alabama, after marrying Kenny Baker 58 years ago. She nourished a love of art through friendships formed with members of the local art community. She continued on to help merge some of those connections into what is today Art Dublin.​
